Who Can Join?
Any musician with a heart for making beautiful music. You do not have to be a member of our church or faith to join the Dallas First Church Orchestra, but we do ask that you have a respect for our beliefs and the shared commitment of making great music together! For information on the level of musical ability necessary, please see our "About the Music" page as well as the "Frequently Asked Questions" page for information on having children join the Orchestra.
Instruments...
We are looking for many instruments to join us in song. We currently have a variety of instruments including:
- Violin
- Viola
- Cello
- Contrabass
- Piano
- Stage Piano
- Drums
- Acoustic Guitar
- Electric Bass
- Flute
- Oboe
We are looking to add more players of each, and would especially like to encourage the following instruments to join us:
- Acoustic Guitar
- Trumpets and Other Brass
- Woodwins
- Additional String Players
