At DFC, we’re dedicated to loving and nurturing our children so they may know Jesus and grow in his likeness. To this end, our programming maintains core values of love, acceptance, and excellence in teaching and curriculum, with a focus on scripture and an emphasis on the gospel.

Sabbath School
Every Saturday morning at 11:30 our young people split into groups by age/grade and spend time with their peers in music, scripture, activities, and stories which bring them closer to God and each other.

Adventurers
This worldwide program for children in grades 1-4 introduces the basic tenets of Pathfinders, strengthening them spiritually, mentally, and physically. Similar to Girl/Boy Scout programs and 4-H, Adventurers learn life skills, develop new interests, and participate in service activities.

Baby Birds
This special program is specifically designed for our youngest members, ages 1-3. They, too, get the chance to strengthen their spiritual, mental, and physical muscles, earn badges, and enjoy new experiences. These sessions are meant as parent-child bonding events while also expanding the child’s social circle.

Vacation Bible School
Every summer we offer a week-long opportunity for kids to get together and meet new friends while enjoying lively songs, inspiring Bible stories, exciting games, crafts, and snacks. Best of all, every aspect of VBS teaches kids how very much they are loved by Jesus.
